SPECIALITY ADVOCACY SERVICES
- Planning & Development Strategies
These services are utilized when clients are involved in "legislative battles" that do not lend themselves to the ordinary lobbying/advocacy activities.
- Grassroots Development
Developing a grassroots program requires time and knowledge of specific legislators and their constituents. A strategy is planned, materials developed to assist in the strategy, including phone numbers and addresses. Constituents are provided with the rational and sample letters to send to their respective legislators, the Governor, state agencies and others affected entities.
- Coalition Development
Developing a coalition of supporters is very helpful when trying to pass or "kill" a specific piece of legislation. Your supporter coalition may consist of trade associations, businesses, organizations and/or lobbyists that are aligned with the client's position on a specific issue or legislation.
- Political Action Committee (PAC) & Elections
These services require a clear understanding of the election process, the incumbents and candidates running for an office. How and when to utilize a Political Action Committee (PAC) is very critical. An analysis of a specific race will help provide the client with enough information for decision-making regarding whether the client should consider supporting or opposing a specific candidate.
